TEACHERS WHO LEAD
Objective:
The objective of this workshop is to instill leadership quality to the teachers for upgrading their leadership skills which in turn will inspire the fellow students to explore the exciting & challenging path of leadership. Hence, making the students come out of the college as great leaders.
This workshop also helps in motivating, creating loyalty, positive attitude towards their life and the institution.
Background:
Teachers/Lecturers/ Professors shape this world. They are responsible for producing human resources that make a positive difference in society.
To take our nation, which has been and will be facing great challenges to a new height we require, leaders in every aspect of our society, be it political, business, technical, academics etc. Without it, the quantum leap from an underdeveloped nation to a developed, peaceful, economically sound nation will be impossible to be imagined.
With the above paradigm, what we produce in classroom should not just to a person with a sound academic knowledge or just a knowledge worker for the society.
What we must aspire to produce with no questions asked should be; Leaders. But are we doing enough?
