PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Objective:
This training is designed to offer organizations with cutting edge procurement and supply chain skills and techniques to effectively manage purchase, logistics and distribution of goods and services and achieve value of money.
Background:
From this training the participants will be equipped with tools for managing procurement and supply chain risks and to support the strategic objectives of different organizational operations so that the correct selection of suppliers/consultant will be made to effectively support the organizational objectives.
This training will enable participants to understand and prepare templates and techniques for designing evaluation scoring systems. The training will focus on understanding supply chain management; this mainly includes procurement, manufacturing support and distribution of the finished goods and services. The other focus on the training will be on the set of standard packages of terms and conditions relating to sales of physical goods that need to be transported.
