The prime objective of the workshop is to develop high quality, understandable, enforceable and globally accepted financial reporting standards based upon clearly articulated principles.
Nepal Financial Reporting Standards ('NFRS') are designed as a common global language for business affairs so that company accounts are understandable and comparable within Nepal. The rules to be followed by accountants to maintain books of accounts which are comparable, understandable, reliable and relevant as per the users internal or external. As we are all aware that Nepal Financial Reporting Standards issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal is in the implementation stage. Therefore, KFA is planning to conduct a workshop in to deliberate, discuss, understand and review, amongst and to the benefit of all the participants, significant technical requirements/ issues related to implementation of Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRSs).
