Objective:

Every leader faces organizational conflict at times in their career. Not every leader learns how to effectively manage conflict to make their organization stronger. We will explore different types of conflict in organizations and learn about when to use different conflict management styles. More importantly, we will look to improve ourselves during conflict, helping to bring lasting conflict resolution.

 

The prime objective of this workshop is to navigate and resolve current conflict within organization and also develop skills, techniques and tools to prevent, identify, manage and resolve internal future conflicts.


Background:

Survival of the Fittest” has become the new fundamental. To survive meaning to adapt, to adapt meaning to keep on changing with the changed environment. The change me be; internal or external, Organic or Un Organic, self-planned or enforced.

 

That means we are in era of change; we are in era of continuous evolution.

 

As we all know that with change comes resistance, with resistance comes conflict. Hence, today’s Manger needs to be fully equipped with necessary skills and techniques to prevent, identify, manage and resolve conflicts so that the change adapted could add value to the sustainability and growth of the organization.

 

We have seen various examples in Nepalese organization where these conflicts related to change has done lot of damages in increasing the risk be it operational or non-operational or decreasing the efficiency and productivity of employees.

 

The workshop will equip managers of organization deal effectively with difficult situations in their organizational environments and provide tools for conflict resolution.
