MANAGERIAL COMMUNICATION

Objective:

The primary objective of this workshop is to enhance the perception of managers towards importance of communication and to provide them with variety of tools and skills for effective communication across the organization.


Background:

Managers today are faced with multiple challenges. The competitive environment organization operate today demands that everyone working for a common goal are emotionally connected to it. Hence, managers who operate as a bridge between the strategy and planning which is generally done at upper level to the execution of the plan and strategy which is generally done at the below level must understand the value of effective communication and thereby play their role absolutely as expected.

 

Manager today also face various occasions where they need to be involved in crucial conversation for e.g. negotiation, counseling and coaching, performance appraisal meetings etc. The success of this crucial conversation really plays an important role in overall success of the manager himself or herself.  A major communication gap between plan and execution might severely hamper the growth up the organization thereby losing the competitive advantage.


Workshop Coverage:
  1. KFA will send a comprehensive proposal, understanding the objective of the client.
  2. Confirmation of the training needs to be done by the client at least two weeks prior to the program date.
  3. A pre training survey will be conducted in which, a comprehensive questionnaire will be developed.
  4. Online or/and offline survey will be conducted.
  5. A comprehensive report will be produced which will be submitted to the training management committee of the client
  6. Further customization of the training will be done in the mutual consent with the client.
  7. Training will be conducted
  8. Training feedback will be taken immediately at the end of the training.
  9. Training feedback report (both hardcopy and soft copy) with the recommendation and observation of trainers will be forwarded to the client
