Objective:
The prime objective of the workshop is to reenergize, realign and motivate the workforce so that they are self-motivated and positive towards their life, daily work, organization and its mission, vision and objective. This workshop will help reduce insecurity, inferior/superior feeling and lack of trust among employees, hence, making them positive in adapting to the changing environment.

- Participants will learn the concept of "flexing" based on detailed character analysis on Devid Merrils eight quadrants translated in every day Nepali language and importance of flexing in day to day personal and work life.
- Participant will upgrade their verbal communication skills with a clear understanding of being "responsive" and also being "assertive" as and when required.
- Participant will understand the difference between " Challenge" and "Problem"
- Participant will understand the difference between "Reaction" and "Response".
